First Aid and CPR Training

A great opportunity to receive valuable medical training with local EMS personnel was  held for Bristol Raceway Ministries chaplains and volunteers on Saturday, January 27^th. The class was taught by Earl Carter (NREMT-P, Wellmont Health System), who serves as the Director of Emergency Medical Services at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Fifty three chaplains and volunteers received their CPR certification because of their participation in this class.

This training was essential for all Bristol Raceway Ministries personnel who will serve inside the racetrack - either in the Concourse Tent, Turns or Infield ministries.
