Spring '08 Family Day Plans Set

Bristol Raceway Ministries is pleased to announce that plans for Family Day have been established in conjunction with the Sharpie Mini 300 race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, March 15, 2008.

Family Day will begin with a two-hour Praise Service to be held at the Thunder Valley Dragway beginning at 9:30AM. The program will include musical entertainment by the popular band Cross Country featuring Leo Johnson, and an appearance by "Comedian of the Year" Harvey Garvey Taiter. The featured speaker will be Barry McGee, Shop Chaplain of the Billy Davis Racing Team. Jason Saylers (Youth Minister for the Holston Baptist Association) will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

Reduced Price Race Ticket Opportunity - groups that attend the Praise Service will be eligible to receive coupons to purchase reduced price tickets to the Sharpie Mini 300 race that gets underway at 2:30PM that day. To be eligible the group must have a minimum of three children or youth aged 18 or under and one adult. With the coupon race fans will be able to purchase tickets to the Sharpie Mini 300 for $10 (adults) and $5 (youth 18 and under).
