SMS Messaging - Terms and Conditions

Program

Bristol Raceway Ministries ("BRM") operates an automated SMS messaging program called BRM Updates for the purpose of communicating volunteer-related information including event reminders, scheduling updates, weather notifications, and arrival instructions. Messages are sent from +1 (833) 853-4636.

Consent

Volunteers may opt in to receive automated text messages from Bristol Raceway Ministries by providing their mobile number and selecting the consent option on the Automated Messaging Consent Form. This action constitutes express consent to receive automated messages at the number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of volunteering with BRM. If you choose not to participate in automated messaging, you may still serve as a volunteer.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on event activity and ministry needs. You may receive more messages during active race weekends and fewer messages during off-season periods.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. BRM does not charge for text messages sent through this program.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of BRM automated text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further automated messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again by replying START.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent are used solely for BRM volunteer communications and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Messaging Privacy Policy.

Changes

BRM may update these terms periodically. Continued participation in the messaging program following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
