Frequently Asked Questions

We've compiled a list of questions that we frequently get asked before race events. If you have a question that's not in our FAQ list, please feel free to send us your question and we'll add it to our list.

Can you officiate wedding ceremonies?

Yes, we have Chaplains that are also ordained pastors and can officiate weddings during race events. We work with the staff of Bristol Motor Speedway to coordinate the ceremony and we try to accommodate any special requests you may have. We generally need a 24 hour notice if you would like to get married while you are at an event. You can find Sullivan County Tennessee marriage laws with this link.

Can you perform funeral ceremonies?

Yes, there is not a state requirement for who can conduct a funeral service for the spreading of a loved ones cremains. We work with the staff of Bristol Motor Speedway to coordinate the ceremony and we try to accommodate any special requests. We generally need a 24 hour notice if you would like to spread your loved one's cremains while you are at an event.

Do you loan out or rent your golf carts?

Unfortunately we are not able to loan or rent out our golf carts to other individuals, churches, or businesses for any type of events at this time due to insurance coverage restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are however, able to accept donations for our ministry providing golf cart shuttle services for local (Tri-Cities) events though. If you would like more information, please contact us with the information at the bottom of this page.

Can I get a shuttle ride after the race?

For pedestrian safety, all parking lots on Bristol Motor Speedway property are held for up to one (1) hour after the conclusion of an event. This gives everyone time to walk out safely to the parking lots to exit if they are able to.

Once we are given the all-clear by officials to begin driving golf carts again, we will focus our efforts on picking up fans from the information booths located outside gate 7 and gate 17. Those are the handicap accessible lines that are waiting to be taken back to the handicap accessible parking lots. After those lines are clear, we can begin picking up from all the other gates and usual pickup locations.

Where is your chapel services held?
